Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or due to being customized or discounted. This will be clearly mentioned on the product page if applicable.

Return Method

As we operate on Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds are not processed through digital or bank transfer methods. If a return is approved, one of the following options will apply:

  • Product exchange

  • Replacement in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items

In rare cases where a refund is necessary, our team will contact you directly to coordinate the process appropriately.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a mistake on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or return at no extra cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, the order will fall under the standard return process.
